An evolving compendium of critical research, posted to the public domain as an aid to anyone working to hold corporations increasingly accountable. A web-based interface for browsing information parsed from U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission filings on several hundred thousand corporations that are publicly traded in the U.S. and their many domestic and foreign subsidiaries.

CORPWATCH OPEN API
The Corpwatch API uses automated parsers to extract the subsidiary relationship information from Exhibit 21 of companies' 10-K filings with the SEC and provides a free, well-structured interface for programs to query and process the data.
